His prophetic ministry has convinced the world of the manifestation of the power of God as it was in the days of prophet Elijah. By this also many outstanding miracles have taken place, more especially Salvation to so many perishing souls.

The vision is to reach out to the World for Christ Jesus . This is in line with the last command of Jesus to his disciples; "Go into the world and preach the Gospel" Mat 28:18. It was the same Jesus who called the vision bearer of this great ministry, Pastor Magnus Otutu and gave him this task in the name of Royal Power Ministries Int'l, at the tender age of Seventeen, when he did not even know much of the scriptures.

He has been a God loving man from his childhood due to the influence of his mother who was a devoted Catholic then. He enjoyed praying in the Catholic manner and was obedient to God. This made him to be the youngest choirmaster then at the age of 16. He was so creative in the choir, which led to his wining the choir competition with his group from St. George Catholic Church, Enugu Dioceses in the year 1983.

VISION CONCEPTION
He received the vision on the Friday, 10th of August 1984 by 10 am. And I quote him, "I was working with my mother at our farm behind our house that day, and at a time I felt thirsty and I excused myself to take a little water inside. When I took this water, I felt weak and decided to rest a while in my room.

Not up to two minutes after my head touched the pillow, I saw in a trance a white dove that perched on my two shoulders and wanted to carry me up to fly. In fear, I resisted and opened my eyes. Being so weak I turned and faced the wall and it came again and took me up flying in the air.

As we went up higher, I decided to know what exactly was carrying me, behold I saw a human hand very beautiful and fresh. Then I realized it was an Angel of God. At a stage, as we soared, we turned up side-down and in an instant, there was what looked like a stream of blood flowing. The Angel took my right hand and dipped one of my fingers in the blood and anointed my fore head and said to me, "You have been anointed today for a ministry with four fold blessings:
Salvation to the lost souls,
Healing and deliverance for the oppressed,
Prosperity to the poor, and
Protection to the fearful.

You are to reach out to the world with this ministry for Christ Jesus. "Whosoever you curse is cursed, whosoever you bless is blessed". This was his first revelation concerning this ministry and he went back to the farm and told his mother what happened, his mother narrated other mysteries surrounding his infant stage to him.

FOLLOW-UP REVELATION
The man of God, Pastor Magnus Otutu began to have subsequent revelations from God, which confirmed his calling a vision.

On one occasion, the Lord revealed to him a great crowd like so much as grass and he stood in their midst preaching to them and he was told that this was the ministry he is called to lead; Royal Power Ministries. He received this revelation of such crowd several times in confirmation to this call.

MISSION: How To Accomplish The Vision
At other times, the Lord told his servant that the tool of this great task is "Preaching, and teaching Jesus " from the old and New Testament to the lost souls all over world.

He carried this vision in him until the year 1995 when the Lord decided to manifest Himself through him. He was not even ready but the Lord took him unawares; as he prayed for people with different problems with compassion for them to be free, many more surged, he found himself in it.

And the medium of doing this is Church proqrammes, indoor Crusades, Street Evangelism, Open air Crusades, one-on-one evangelism, as well as equipping of the saints through Bible School and more.

The vision started manifesting by itself according to book of Habakkuk 2:2. Which tells us that every vision has all appointed time. His unpreparedness could not stop the vision from manifesting. Yet the ministry bore no name for many months of operation. Having seen that he could not run away from this ministry, he settled down to seek from the Lord the name it should be called.

The Lord said it should be according to the commission given to him when he was called. In one of the revelations from God to him, he was told that he is going to lift people from different levels and make them kings. This lead to the word Royalty. This name has its scriptural foundation in 1 Peter 2:9 "But you are a chosen generation, a ROYAL priest hood, an holy nation, a peculiar people that ye should shew forth the praises of him who hath called you out of darkness into his marvelous light. Because of the power of the Holy Spirit that will accomplish these, the name Royal Power Ministries Inc emerged.
